1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and luck44 ("luck44", "we", "us", "the Platform"). Access to, and use of, the luck44 website at luck44.one and all associated services — including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, slots, and account management functions — is conditional upon your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the luck44 platform. Continued use of the platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside luck44's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Eligibility

To register and use a luck44 account, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age. luck44 strictly prohibits access by minors. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended and any balances forfeited pending investigation.
• Be a natural person. Corporate accounts, automated registrations, and bot-generated accounts are not permitted.
• Hold only one (1) active account on the luck44 platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
• Not be on any self-exclusion register that applies to luck44, or any exclusion list maintained by luck44 at its discretion.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing luck44 is lawful in your location. luck44 makes no representation that the services offered are lawful in all jurisdictions.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility criteria. luck44 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access luck44's betting and casino services, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details.

Know Your Customer (KYC): luck44 is required to verify the identity of its users prior to processing withdrawals. You will be asked to provide a valid government-issued identification document (such as your CNIC) and, where required, proof of address and source of funds. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in suspension of withdrawal access.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luck44 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. luck44 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login information. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify luck44 immediately at [email protected].

Single Account Rule: Each player may hold only one registered account on luck44. Attempting to create multiple accounts — whether to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or for any other purpose — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

luck44 processes deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, and bank transfers from HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah, subject to availability and minimum/maximum transaction limits as displayed in the Cashier section of your luck44 account.

• Deposits: Funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted. Deposits are subject to anti-money laundering checks and may be delayed pending verification.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit where operationally possible. luck44 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• Processing Times: Processing times vary by payment method and are indicative only. luck44 does not guarantee same-day processing of any withdrawal request.
• Minimum Transactions: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Cashier interface and may be amended at luck44's discretion with reasonable notice.
• Refused Deposits: luck44 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit it reasonably suspects is made in bad faith or in connection with fraudulent activity.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on luck44 — including cricket, PSL, UFC, boxing, football, and other markets — are subject to the applicable betting rules displayed within the sportsbook at the time the bet is placed. Casino and slot games are governed by the individual game rules accessible within each game interface.

• Bets are final once confirmed. luck44 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been confirmed except in accordance with its published void betting rules.
• luck44 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including where odds were published incorrectly due to a technical malfunction.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, the decision of luck44 shall be final, subject to any applicable regulatory complaints process.
• luck44 reserves the right to impose maximum stake limits on any market, game, or individual account at its sole discretion.
• Winnings from casino games and slots are determined by certified random number generators or physical dealing equipment in live casino environments. luck44 does not influence game outcomes.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

luck44 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, or other promotional incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus terms apply:

• Bonus funds must meet stated wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are issued for personal entertainment only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• luck44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to an account in good faith shall remain subject to the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to collusion, use of multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics — constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users of luck44 are strictly prohibited from:

• Accessing the platform if under 18 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, cheating, collusion, or any other conduct intended to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an account.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to disguise the proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the luck44 platform.

luck44 reserves the right to immediately suspend and permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to report such conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the luck44 platform — including but not limited to the luck44 name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and data — is the proprietary property of luck44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the luck44 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of luck44.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, luck44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service. luck44's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with any claim shall not exceed the value of the disputed transaction.

luck44 provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical malfunctions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect platform availability.

10. Responsible Gaming

luck44 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all of its users. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at any time from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit into your luck44 account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you may lose within a defined period.
• Session Timers: Set time limits on individual gambling sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the luck44 platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic notifications during active gaming sessions reminding you of time elapsed.

11. Account Termination & Suspension

luck44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes:

• The user has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The user has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to luck44 or to other users.

Upon closure of an account, any verified remaining balance (after settlement of all active bets and applicable deductions) will be returned to the verified payment method on record, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which luck44 is licensed and incorporated. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the luck44 platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through luck44's internal complaints procedure by contacting [email protected] with a full description of the complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure within thirty (30) days, the matter may be referred to the relevant licensing authority or alternative dispute resolution body applicable to luck44's operating jurisdiction.

13. Amendments to These Terms

luck44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, luck44 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of luck44 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is noted at the top of this page.
